Background & Experience:
“Tell us about your marketing journey. Have you always known you wanted to be a matchmaker for brands and success?”
My marketing journey began with a Master’s Degree (MSc) in Marketing from the University of Liverpool. During my studies, I developed a strong foundation in brand strategy and consumer behaviour. After graduation, I joined Social Chain, where I worked on huge social media brand campaigns, honing my skills in digital marketing and social media strategy. I then moved to an FMCG marketing agency, where I had the opportunity to work on some of the UK’s best-known brands, driving sales & brand awareness by connecting brands with target consumers. Over the years, these experiences have shaped my passion for marketing and delivering results for brands via impactful campaigns. I have honed my skills in brand strategy, digital marketing, and consumer psychology, all with the goal of driving success for the brands I work with.
Property Marketing Attraction:
“What sparked your interest in helping property? Was it the architecture, the stories, or the challenge?”
My interest in property marketing is rooted in my passion for architecture and interior design, especially character properties with a rich history. I am fascinated by the built environment and its socio-economic and sometimes political ties. I also find the challenge of creating marketing strategies that highlight the unique attributes of properties and tell their stories in a compelling way very interesting.
Client Relationships:
“You’re all about building strong client bonds. What’s your secret ingredient for creating successful marketing partnerships?”
The secret ingredient to building successful marketing partnerships is genuine communication and trust. I believe in understanding my clients’ needs, goals, and challenges. By maintaining open, honest, and frequent communication, I ensure that we are always aligned and working towards the same objectives. It’s also about being proactive, delivering on promises, and consistently exceeding expectations.
Staying Updated:
“The property marketing landscape is ever-changing. How do you stay ahead of the curve and ensure our clients’ brands are always on-trend?”
Staying ahead of the curve requires a commitment to continuous learning. At REMM, we regularly attend industry conferences with expert panels, participate in webinars, and subscribe to leading marketing and real estate publications. Networking with industry-leading professionals also provides invaluable insights. Additionally, I keep a close eye on market trends and consumer behaviour to ensure our strategies are always innovative and relevant to our clients.
Client-Facing Role:
“What excites you most about working directly with clients? Is it the brainstorming sessions, the results you achieve, or something else entirely?”
What excites me most about working directly with clients is the collaborative process. Brainstorming sessions are particularly energizing as they bring diverse ideas and perspectives to the table. Seeing our collective efforts translate into tangible results and positively impact our clients’ businesses is incredibly fulfilling. Building long-term relationships and witnessing the growth and success of clients over time is also very rewarding.
Unwinding:
“After a day of client magic, how do you recharge? Do you have a post-work ritual?”
To recharge after a busy day, I enjoy listening to music, catching up on my favourite podcasts, and cooking. These activities help me relax and unwind.
Favourite Song:
“What song is currently no.1 on your morning commute?”
Currently, “Espresso” by Sabrina Carpenter is at the top of my morning commute playlist.
Favourite Show:
“Binge-watching essentials! Tell us the show you could watch on repeat without getting bored.”
I could watch “Succession” on repeat. The intricate plot, complex characters, and sharp dialogue make it an endlessly fascinating show.
Hidden Talents & Hobbies:
“We all have something unique! Any secret talents or hobbies you’d like to share with the team?”
One of my hobbies is hiking. I love exploring and being immersed in nature. Hiking provides a great way to unwind and mental clarity, it often inspires new ideas and perspectives.
